Through the generous donations of various service groups, businesses and individuals, CFL is able to provide care packages to families who are sent to city hospitals in an emergency situation. The seemingly simple items, such as toiletries, in a care package can be a lifesaver for families who have been thrown into a scary, stressful situation. Since 2005, CFL has given out 80 care packages to local families.

Pocket Tissue packs

Adult toothbrushes
Toothbrush holders
Journal book
Children’s books (general or about hospitalization)

Disposable razors (for men & women)
Men’s & Women’s deodorant
Playing cards
Crossword Puzzles/word find books
Travel Size: toothpaste, mouthwash, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, shaving crème, and laundry detergent, saline solution, contact case.
Care packages can be dropped off at the Caring For Life office located on the 2nd floor of the Warren Post Office in room 207 any M, W, F from 9:00-11:00 or by Calling 726-4986 to make arrangements for another time.
